We offer repair and refurbishment services for tape drive products such as DLT2000, DLT2000XT, DLT4000, DLT7000, DLT8000, SDLT, DLT1, DLTVS80, LTO, DDS1/2/3/4, DDS Autoloaders and all types of DLT Autoloaders. All products repaired by R-Logic carry a 3-month warranty.

We have developed test processes and at the same time used the OEM's original test scripts to test the drives that we have repaired. Our skilled technical workforce is able to perform the complicated drive mechanism repair processes and also repair the drive PCB assembly down to component level.

In addition, we observe ESD safe practices such as wearing wrist straps and smocks. All our repair and test stations are ESD safe.
