EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
The system supports standard formats via XML(eXtensible Markup Language) in data integration for EAI best practices. The system enables application integration with existing ERP systems that support XML to fully automate the reverse logistics workflow processes and data exchange.

Reporting
The system is equipped with a comprehensive reporting module which allows managers easy access to standard reverse logistics reports and any additional ad-hoc reports on the repair process. The system is able to produce drilled-down sub-reports. Excel Charts are automatically generated for managerial reporting purpose.
